You’ll have a zoom call with Houndstooth to discuss your Business Builder answers, copy and design direction for your new site. Next, design mock-ups will be created.

The Houndstooth Team will take your approved mock-ups, build your site on the WebWiskee platform, and bring the site live with your custom domain.
AUTONOMY
Your new site is ready for you to manage, going forward. WebWiskee takes care of the technical aspects of your website, but you take care of all content updates from here on out.
WHO DOES WHAT?
In this collaborative partnership, here’s how we’ll approach your
“Done-With-You” WebWiskee website build and an outline of the process.
You’ll need to:
- Create an account on WebWiskee, a WordPress platform
- Go through our WebWiskee Business Builder exercises
- Meet with the Houndstooth team to confirm messaging and design choices
Houndstooth will provide:
- SEO strategy based on your ideal customer
- Photo sourcing and optimization
- Copy for 5 pages of your website
- A fully optimized website (SEO)
- A site developed with accessibility best practices
- Page design and development based on your preferences & ideal customer
- All training needed to perform content updates in-house
WebWiskee will provide:
- The website on the WordPress platform
- All hosting, security, and necessary software updates
- Resources and training library
DELIVERABLES
"Done-For-You" website fee = $5,500
- Discovery Call to review your Business Builder answers and discuss design & messaging
- AI generated copy for website pages (up to 5 pages)
- Design mock-ups with 1 round of revisions included for each page
- Develop pages based upon approved design mock-ups
- On page optimization
- This includes keyword research, meta descriptions, set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console, submit XML sitemap, customized schema
- Image optimization
- This includes file name optimization, alt text, and proper sizing
- Privacy policy added to site. Required by law.
- (We recommend iUbenda, a 3rd party service = $30 year.)
- Site is built with current Accessibility best practices.
- (3rd party service, "AccessiBe" is recommended but not required. Approx = $500 year. )
- One training call to learn how to use your new website
Timeline: 2 - 3 weeks once Houndstooth has received all edited/approved copy, digital assets from you and you've given design approval. Any additional work is outside the scope of this agreement and will be billed at $225 per hour.
*Ongoing WebWiskee Subscription required.
